Pump services · Kenya
Connect pumping to a tank and define the scope for downstream water delivery.
How we scope the work
Storage is planned around demand, pumping hours and the required continuity of supply. Tank elevation, support arrangements, level controls and the interface with distribution pumping need a defined design. Structural works are assessed separately where required.
What to send for a quotation
- Daily and peak demand
- Tank capacity and elevation
- Existing distribution layout
- Continuity requirements
What changes the price?
Equipment selection, pipe and cable quantities, site access, transport and the condition of existing components affect the final scope. Confirm VAT, civil works and electrical inclusions in writing. Where further diagnosis or source assessment is needed, agree that scope before selecting replacement equipment.
Testing and handover
Keep the agreed scope boundary, control arrangement, delivery measurements and operator responsibilities.
Choose a complete scope
Ask for a proposal that identifies equipment, quantities, labour and exclusions. The installer should explain the design assumptions and the owner’s responsibilities. Keep the quotation and commissioning record together so future servicing can begin with reliable information.

How do I get a quote for water storage & distribution connections?
Send your county, site pin and the records listed above. We will use your requirements to define the scope and identify any further assessment needed before equipment selection.
Is equipment supply included?
Your written quotation identifies what is supplied, installed and tested. Confirm the exact model, availability, warranty terms, transport and any separate civil or electrical work before ordering.
