Pump services · Kenya
Track performance, investigate warning signs and keep the system serviceable.
How we scope the work
Maintenance is planned around equipment instructions, source conditions, operating hours and the importance of supply. We use operating and service records to distinguish changes in the source, controls and delivery system.
What to send for a quotation
- Commissioning record
- Recent faults and service history
- Tank filling time
- Operating schedule
What changes the price?
Equipment selection, pipe and cable quantities, site access, transport and the condition of existing components affect the final scope. Confirm VAT, civil works and electrical inclusions in writing. Where further diagnosis or source assessment is needed, agree that scope before selecting replacement equipment.
Testing and handover
Keep service findings, changed settings, replaced components and recommended follow-up actions in one record.
Choose a complete scope
Ask for a proposal that identifies equipment, quantities, labour and exclusions. The installer should explain the design assumptions and the owner’s responsibilities. Keep the quotation and commissioning record together so future servicing can begin with reliable information.
County enquiries
Enquiries are welcome from all 47 Kenyan counties. Send your exact site pin to confirm attendance, delivery arrangements and scheduling. Our contact base is Kamulu, Nairobi; service coverage does not imply a local branch.

How do I get a quote for borehole pump maintenance?
Send your county, site pin and the records listed above. We will use your requirements to define the scope and identify any further assessment needed before equipment selection.
Is equipment supply included?
Your written quotation identifies what is supplied, installed and tested. Confirm the exact model, availability, warranty terms, transport and any separate civil or electrical work before ordering.
