Pumping assessment & pump sizing in Kenya

Pump services · Kenya

Use source records and demand to establish a sensible flow and head.

How we scope the work

We review available pumping-test interpretation and identify gaps before final equipment selection. Borehole depth alone does not determine pumping lift or sustainable abstraction. Any additional source assessment is scoped separately.

What to send for a quotation

  • Completion and pumping-test records
  • Daily water demand
  • Delivery elevation and route
  • Applicable abstraction conditions

What changes the price?

Equipment selection, pipe and cable quantities, site access, transport and the condition of existing components affect the final scope. Confirm VAT, civil works and electrical inclusions in writing. Where further diagnosis or source assessment is needed, agree that scope before selecting replacement equipment.

Testing and handover

Request a written design basis and a pump selection that identifies the intended operating point.

Choose a complete scope

Ask for a proposal that identifies equipment, quantities, labour and exclusions. The installer should explain the design assumptions and the owner’s responsibilities. Keep the quotation and commissioning record together so future servicing can begin with reliable information.

County enquiries

Enquiries are welcome from all 47 Kenyan counties. Send your exact site pin to confirm attendance, delivery arrangements and scheduling. Our contact base is Kamulu, Nairobi; service coverage does not imply a local branch.
