Orders received after the cutoff are processed from the next working day. The delivery estimate starts when the order and payment are confirmed. It is an estimate, and we will contact you about any delay affecting your order.
Shipping charges before payment
The KSh 1,000 standard shipping charge is separate from the equipment price and applies per order delivered within Kenya. Check that your checkout or written quotation includes this charge before payment. Installation, commissioning and project work are separate services unless expressly included in the agreed scope.
Collection in Kamulu
You may arrange collection from our contact base in Kamulu, Njiru sub-county, Nairobi City County, Kenya, 00520. Contact us before travelling to confirm the exact collection point, equipment specification and readiness of your order. Choose collection when you do not require delivery.
Delivery information
Provide the recipient’s name, telephone number, county or town and delivery location when ordering. Tell us about access restrictions and agree any unloading or installation responsibilities before delivery. A quotation enquiry alone does not confirm an equipment order or an installation appointment.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect equipment
Contact us with your quotation or invoice reference if equipment arrives damaged, appears faulty or differs from the agreed order. Include the model and relevant photographs, and avoid using or altering equipment where assessment would be unsafe or difficult.
