A working system starts with a clear brief.
The borehole pump installation process starts with your source records, water demand, power supply and delivery point.
Share the site brief
Send your location, source records, daily demand, power and delivery point.
Agree the assessment
Identify missing measurements, existing-equipment checks and access requirements.
Review the proposal
Compare duty, equipment, quantities, price, inclusions and exclusions in writing.
Install the system
Coordinate lowering, pipework, cable, controls, power and the delivery interface.
Commission and hand over
Record installed models, measured delivery, controls, operating guidance and support terms.
Borehole pump installation process: agree the next step
Send your location, borehole report and water requirement. We will help define the equipment and installation scope.

Borehole pump installation process: prepare the selection brief
Share the completion and pumping-test records before equipment selection. Include the working water level, measured discharge and recovery information where available. Add your daily water requirement, the tank inlet height and the proposed pipe route. For an existing installation, send clear pump, motor and controller nameplate photographs and describe the current performance.
Missing information should lead to an agreed assessment scope, not an unsupported promise about output. The proposal should identify the design duty, equipment, material quantities, labour, commissioning and exclusions. Compare alternative quotations on the same basis, including transport and VAT.
Borehole pump installation process: agree the handover
Before mobilisation, confirm site access, lifting space, power arrangements and responsibilities for trenching or other civil works. During commissioning, ask for the agreed delivery and protection checks to be demonstrated and recorded. Retain the installed model details, pump setting, cable and pipe specifications, operating instructions and written warranty terms.
A useful handover gives you a baseline for later servicing and fault enquiries. Keep the source records with the equipment documents and note changes in tank-filling time or controller indications. Review the installation service and indicative costs, or send your records for a quotation.
