An agreed project scope
Pump selection and installation begin with the source, demand, delivery and power requirements. The quotation should identify the proposed equipment, quantities, work, exclusions and responsibilities. Where further assessment is needed, agree that assessment before committing to a final selection.
Site-specific performance
A pump is selected for a defined duty and source conditions. Borehole depth alone does not establish the water available or the appropriate pump. Technical guides and illustrative images do not guarantee a yield, a drinking-water standard or a result for every site. Appropriate records and an agreed acceptance basis are part of a useful project brief.
Installation and handover
Confirm access, transport, lifting space and the delivery interface before scheduling. The handover scope should include installed model records, relevant commissioning measurements, operating instructions and the support route. Keep maintenance and warranty responsibilities visible in the accepted proposal.
